Sealed spaces are encrypted on your devices before they’re saved. Only the people you let in can read them, and that includes us: we never have the key.
We can’t reset this for you. If you lose every way in, your sealed spaces can’t be opened by anyone. You’ll set up two ways in so one lost device or forgotten passphrase isn’t the end.
You’re starting over. Your old keys stop working, and sealed spaces shared with you will need you to be let in again.

Type these two groups from your recovery key.
This device can open your sealed spaces. It forgets the keys when you close the tab or choose Lock now.
Your old recovery key stops working once this is saved. Keep the new one somewhere safe.
Changing these asks you to unlock first, with any way in you have.
People you share sealed spaces with can compare this with what they see, to be sure the key is yours.
Your keys are deleted. Sealed spaces you can’t get into another way are lost, and people will need to let you in again if you set it up later.
