Scopes
The complete list of what an application was approved to do — it can do nothing else with
this account, whatever it asks for. A scope ending in :read cannot change
anything. Nothing here can spend money or manage this list.
Revoke
Takes the access away now. Every token the approval ever issued stops working, not just the current one, so an application part-way through something will fail rather than finish. It cannot come back without you approving it again.
Approved
When you granted the access, not when the application last used it. An approval renews itself quietly in the background for as long as it is in use, so this date is the one that tells you whether you remember agreeing to it.
